Sheng Kai adopts the three common materials like: SKH-9(SKH-51), SKH-55, SKH59 (M42) and ASP-30 ASP-60 with the latest German heat treatment and salt bath heat treatment to make the highest quality, as a result, the tools life can be improved much higher than normal ones. In addition, we have OEM production and ODM design and manufacturing capabilities which can let us design and produce products with special specifications according to different needs of customers.

With nearly 40 years of experience in this field, we can provide all kinds of punch and die tools for fastener industry with high quality materials like: (High Speed Steel – HSS) provided by Erasteel and Bohler; Carbide provided by CB Ceratizit.
